Before securing any appointment date and time, a $100 non‑refundable booking fee is required from all clients.
This booking fee is credited back to you on the day of your appointment and deducted from the remaining balance of your hair service.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Rescheduling With More Than 72 Hours’ Notice

• If you have paid a $100 booking fee and need to reschedule, you are entitled to one booking amendment.
This means you may change your appointment date and time once, provided it is done more than 72 hours before your scheduled appointment.
• If you need to cancel but do not yet know your new date, your $100 booking fee will be held as a credit.
This credit is valid for 30 days from the date you cancelled and can be applied to a new appointment within that timeframe.

Cancellations Within 72 Hours

• If you cancel within 72 hours of your appointment for any reason and have paid a $100 booking fee, the fee is strictly non‑refundable and non‑transferable.
This applies to all circumstances, including but not limited to:
sickness, illness or injury, car accidents, flat tires, traffic delays, being called into work, childcare issues, or any other unforeseen event.
• If you wish to book a new appointment after cancelling within 72 hours, a new $100 booking fee will be required.

Attending While Sick

• If you arrive to your appointment visibly unwell, you will be asked to reschedule.
In this situation, your $100 booking fee will be forfeited, and a new booking fee will be required to secure any future appointment.

In‑Salon Rebooking's Without a Booking Fee

• If you cancel within 72 hours of your appointment and did not pay a booking fee because the appointment was rebooked in‑salon, a $100 cancellation fee applies.
• If this cancellation fee is not paid by the end of that trading day, all future pre‑booked appointments will be cancelled, and you will not be able to make new bookings until:

1.     The $100 cancellation fee is paid, and
2.     A new $100 booking fee is paid to secure your next appointment.

Non‑Transferable Fees

• Booking fees cannot be transferred to another person under any circumstances.

Complimentary Consultations

• If you book a complimentary consultation and do not confirm your appointment within 24 hours, or you “no show,” you will not be eligible to book future appointments with Caitlin Mariee Hair.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Children in the Studio

My studio is not a child‑safe environment due to sharp tools, chemicals, and limited space.
Children can also become a distraction, increasing the risk of injury.
For everyone’s safety, I kindly ask that children do not attend appointments, allowing you to enjoy your pamper time stress‑free.

Additional Guests

Please do not bring friends or family members to your appointment unless they are also booked for a service at the same time. Extra people in the studio create unnecessary distraction and crowding.

Public Transport

There is a bus stop nearby, approximately a 5‑minute walk from my studio.
Please allow extra travel time to avoid being late.

Pick‑Ups After Your Appointment

If someone is collecting you or you need to order an Uber, please let me know when you arrive. I will give you an estimated finishing time so you can arrange your pick‑up smoothly.
